A plan of action activity helped me realize that I have a problem with time management. Having
a jm packed schedule all week makes it hard for “me” time. Tools that I can use to help manage my time
is to create a chart and list everything I have that day, what time, and how long it will take me to finish
each task. Figuring out how to manage time will be a huge stress reliever so I don’t feel rushed all day.
Not being able to manage time causes so much stress and makes people rush. Time management
during school is important so your grades don’t start to slip. Also not feeling like you have enough time to
do what needs to be done will effect a person’s health. The effect’s on health would be not eating right,
not eating at all, or lack of sleep.
Getting a calendar and a planner will help you realize how much time you have to do what needs
to be done. Making sure that you have personal time is important in staying healthy. Managing time helps
relieve stress and if you can’t get something done just make priorities. Priorities will help make sure what
needs to be done that day gets done.
