[box]Essay Fellas is a currency-less, community contributed and maintained repository for common academic tutorials and essays on common academic topics. The word ‘academic’ is important, because a tutorial on brushing your dog’s teeth would be welcome if it’s part of college curriculum somewhere, but another on cleaning your horse’s nose will not be – if they do not teach it anywhere, as part of official college curriculum. We will not tolerate any activity that violates our primary policy of keeping EssayFellas a genuine place for academic referencing. Infringers will be warned and repeat offenders will get banned from our website. One of the ways we enforce and police the site is through user feedback. All our users – must be part to a binding legal contract to only submit works that respect copyrights and intellectual property rights of others. [/box]

Additionally, please understand that:

1). Essayfellas.com is a content provider that transmits or stores user content automatically generated by the two classes of it’s users: tutors and students, as defined under the Section 512 (c) of the Digital Millenium Copyright Act of 1998. A user may be both, a student, while commenting on responses and interacting; as well as a tutor, posting responses to questions.

2). Essayfellas.com is always alert toward notices of instances of copyright abuses on its system. Whenever there is a complaint or a suspicion, an investigation is triggered. The outcome may result in removal of such material and/or action against the abuser as deemed necessary and upon legal counsel.
