WBS Could be defined as:                                                                                                                                                                                 WBS refers to a deliverable-oriented hierarchical decomposition of the work to be executed by the project team to accomplish the project objectives and create the required deliverables.
A project network is a graphic flow chart of a project job plan that is developed from the work breakdown structure (WBS). A project network is developed to identify and document dependencies among schedule activities that have been identified in the WBS. It is mainly useful to identify the critical path and understand how best to sequence the activities.Project networks are developed from WBS; they are graphical display of flow, can be easily modified, provides estimation of activity durations.
